No stranger to the use of herbs, she grew up in a Native-American / Southeast Asian family who relied on herbs as the first stop for wellness. As she continued her lifelong use and study of herbs, her interest grew in the various modalities of herbal use. In 2004, she walked into an A-CAM Center, met Co-Founder Miguel A. Cisneros-Abreu and was introduced to A-CAM Essential Oils and AromaTherapy.

Impressed with the results achieved by her own personal use of A-CAM Essential Oils, she enrolled in the A-CAM Practitioner Certification Course. Totally enjoying and benefiting from the course's wealth of knowledge, and spurred on by this exciting and evolving field, she continues her research with AromaTherapy in Complementary Alternative Medicine.
