"Miami-Dade AHEC will provide Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for the following healthcare professionals:

• Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT)

The A-CAM Practitioner Aroma Therapy Certification Course has been independently approved for a maximum of 34.00 hours of continuing education credit by the following boards under Miami-Dade AHEC's CE Broker Provider # 50-1349: Florida Board of Acupuncture; Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling; Florida Board of Nursing; Florida Board of Psychology; Florida Council of Dietetics and Nutrition

Additionally, the A-CAM Practitioner Aroma Therapy Certification Course has been independently approved for a maximum of 34.00 Category I continuing education contact hours (CECH) by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. under Miami-Dade AHEC's NCHEC # MEP2904."

Debbie Nogueras, ARNP, Ph.D. is a board certified family and adult nurse practitioner.

Debbie has studied Energy Medicine since 1994 and has utilized modalities such as therapeutic touch, crystal healing, meditation, herbal and aroma therapy in her home and practice.

She is a Shaman and has been initiated into the Q'ero lineage of medicine people and a Certified A-CAM practitioner. Debbie provides education and treatment to those who seek to tap into the energy of the Universe and our own energy body/spiritual self.

Utilizing her knowledge and skills in traditional medicine with complementary and alternative modalities; Debbie seeks to increase health & well-being for individuals while capturing these data necessary to increase evidence-based research for the scientific community.
